IC-talk is a next generation pure IP range of telephony solutions and systems. This new version brings many new features and a simplified interface to all existing Media Manager in the series and new ones in the future. Version 3 has new features including:-

• Status screen for extensions and trunks.
• Current calls status screen.
• Manager Interface Users for different users or TAPI/CRM integration replacing editing manager_custom.conf manually.
• New web interface layout combining both sections in to one, also freeing port 81.
• Device detail display in extensions screen (IP of phone, and phone identifier).
• New Ring / Hunt Group configuration screen for up to 5 stage dialling patterns with repeat option, no more need for multiple ring groups.
• SIP URI dialling / proxy function, so the phones can use the MM to place SIP URI calls ignoring NAT issues.
• Distinctive Ringing, if turned on your phone knows which calls are external and change the ringing tone/duration.
• New improved dial engine, the core dial module has been dramatically streamlined and much faster.
• Secretary Override, forward your extension to your secretary so they can be screened and they can only call you for important calls.
• *55 and *56 to placing and removing wake-up alarm calls.
• Administrator email address to report successful scheduled backups.
• Scheduled FTP and also instant download backup, making the USB pens obsolete.
• Software Upgrades now available by uploading a patch file from the desktop for an MM without internet access.
• Enhanced user access control covering all sections.
• Central Phone book / Directory (currently for Aastra Handsets)
• Latest hardware support added for new telephony interfaces
